Vestday is an iPhone app for keeping track of equity compensation — RSUs, ESPP, options and similar grants — and for estimating what they are worth and what tax they are likely to attract. You enter the information; the app does the arithmetic.
Every figure in the app is an estimate. Its accuracy depends entirely on the accuracy of what you enter and on the tax rules built into the version you are running. You remain responsible for your own tax return, your own filings and your own financial decisions.
Prices and exchange rates shown in the app are indicative and delayed. They come from third-party sources, may be interrupted or wrong, and must not be relied on for trading. You can override any price manually, and the app works fully with prices you enter yourself.
Your data stays on your device. We do not hold it, so we cannot recover it for you. Keeping a backup is up to you — see the Privacy Policy.
Some features require a paid subscription, sold through the App Store and billed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; you manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policy.
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including any tax, penalty or investment loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
